Welcome to Huashuo (Xrecord). By using our service at huashuo.ashooter.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Xrecord is a whiteboard drawing and recording tool. You can create drawings on an infinite canvas, add slides, overlay a camera feed, and export high-quality video recordings.
Free Access: All users can use the full drawing and recording features. Free recordings include a small watermark.
VIP Access: In China, the one-month and twelve-month VIP passes shown at checkout are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. During the paid term they include watermark-free recording, AI canvas generation, and exclusive illustrations. Previously purchased lifetime access and valid legacy activation codes continue to be honored, but lifetime access is no longer offered for new Alipay purchases.
AI Features: Monthly, yearly, term, and lifetime VIP access include unlimited AI canvas generation for ordinary interactive use. To protect service availability and prevent abuse, technical safeguards may still apply to input size, generated Frames, request frequency, concurrent or automated requests, and abnormal usage. These safeguards are operational protections rather than a fixed usage quota for normal use.
China-region Alipay purchases are processed by Alipay. Purchases in supported international regions may be processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. We do not store your full payment credentials.
Refund requests are handled according to applicable law, the payment provider's rules, and the circumstances of the purchase. If a technical issue prevents you from using paid benefits, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
You retain ownership of content you create using Huashuo, including drawings, recordings, and exported files. Canvas projects are stored locally in your browser. When you explicitly use AI generation, the text you submit and generated results are sent to our server and configured AI provider to perform that request. Camera, microphone, and recorded video media remain processed locally unless you separately choose a feature that states otherwise.

We strive to keep Xrecord available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xrecord and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
